COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

TSXV: PGZ | OTCQB: PGZFF | FRA: 2EU

VANCOUVER, BC, May 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Pan Global Resources Inc. (“Pan Global” or the “Company”) (TSXV: PGZ) (OTCQB: PGZFF) (FRA: 2EU) is pleased to announce new twin saw-cut channel sampling at surface has verified high-grade gold mineralization, returning 20.2 g/t gold over 5.0 meters. Underground mapping of historical mine workings has confirmed a substantial widening of the mineralized system at depth at the Providencia target (“Providencia”), within the Cármenes Project (“Cármenes”) on the southeastern extension of the Rio Narcea Gold Belt in northern Spain.

“The verification of 20 g/t gold at surface and confirmation of the scale of the extensive sulphide and hematite breccias at the 1,438m Level represent a significant advancement for the Cármenes Project,” said Tim Moody, President and CEO. “We are seeing clear evidence that the gold and copper-nickel-cobalt system is growing as we go deeper and it remains wide open for expansion in several directions. With plans to investigate up to 25 additional targets at Cármenes, we are no longer just looking at just a single deposit at Providencia but are focused on exploring a significant mineral district.”

Higher confidence systematic twin saw-cut channel sampling has verified and upgraded the previously reported chip sample results of 15 g/t Au over 6m (see March 25, 2026 media release). These latest results include a new bonanza-grade assay at Providencia of 51.2 g/t gold and 1.9 g/t platinum and palladium over 1m. The new channel is approximately one meter uphill from the previous sampling traverse and 70 meters east of the projected surface footprint of the Providencia underground workings (see Figure 1 below).

Table 1 – Providencia Continuous Channel Sampling Results

In light of these additional high-grade results, the Company has expanded the current Providencia drill program to eight drillholes for an estimated 1,200 meters. The drill rig is currently testing potential extensions and structural controls of copper-cobalt-nickel sulphide and high-grade gold mineralization.

A detailed program of 800 saw-cut channel samples is currently underway within a newly exposed underground tunnel at the 1,438-meter elevation level in the historical Providencia mine workings. The sampling program is intended to evaluate continuity of the mineralized system and refine the structural model. The new sampling and mapping have identified extensive sulphide-rich breccia and hematite breccia, which are the primary host rocks for copper, cobalt, nickel and gold at Providencia. Over 180 meters of breccia has been mapped in the walls of the accessible mine workings at the 1,438-meter level. This represents a significant widening of the system footprint to more than 100m x 60m, open laterally and at depth, approximately 30 meters vertically beneath the previously sampled 1,467-meter elevation level (see August 20, 2025 media release).

Results from both the drill program and underground channel sampling will be released as they become available.

District-Scale Program: 25+ Targets Identified

Pan Global is currently also advancing regional exploration at Cármenes where over 25 high-priority targets have been identified, including:

About the Cármenes Project

The Cármenes Project is located on the southeastern extension of the Rio Narcea Gold Belt approx. 55km north of León and comprises five Investigation Permits over 5,653 hectares held 100% by Pan Global. The Project area is highly prospective for multiple bodies or “clusters” of carbonate-hosted hydrothermal breccia style copper, nickel, cobalt, and gold mineralization. The area includes the former Profunda and Providencia mines that last operated in the 1930s, producing concentrates of copper and cobalt with nickel. Numerous other smaller historical mine workings in the area highlight the potential for additional breccia mineralization. These types of ore deposits can have significant vertical dimensions exceeding 1km. The Company’s maiden drill program in 2025 at the Providencia target yielded a new gold discovery.

About Pan Global Resources

Sampling, QA/QC and Analytical Procedures

The channel samples were collected across exposed rock face exposed in a surface bulldozer trench. Samples were collected as continuous horizontal twin-saw cut rock-chip channels.

Individual sample lengths were approximately 1.0 meter horizontal. Reported intervals represent the cumulative length of consecutive mineralized samples; true widths are unknown. Channel samples are selective in nature and may not be representative of the overall grade or continuity of mineralization.

Samples were placed in sealed bags and delivered to the ALS sample preparation facility in Seville in Spain and assayed at the ALS facility in Ireland. All samples were crushed, split and pulverized using methods CRU-31, SPL-22Y and PUL-31. Gold, platinum and palladium analyses were by 50g Fire Assay – ICP-AES finish (PGM-ICP24). Multi element analysis was undertaken using a 4-acid digest with ICP-AES finish (ME-ICP61). Over-grade gold samples were analyzed using Fire Assay with Gravity Finish (Au-GRA21). A certified reference sample was also inserted as a check.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

CHENGDU, China and MADRID, May 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — From April 27 to 28, a cross-cultural dialogue of flavors between East and West concluded in Madrid, Spain.

At the center of this collaboration was Chef Ziling Zhou, founder of Silver Beach, a “forager chef” and Asia’s First Female Truffle Knight Chef. As the only invited female chef from Asia, she joined Chef David Muñoz for a two-day guest collaboration, using cuisine as a medium to carry out an in-depth exchange of flavors and culture.

As the only three-Michelin-star restaurant in Madrid, DiverXO is globally renowned for its highly creative culinary expression. Chef David Muñoz blends street culture, traditional techniques, and avant-garde concepts, turning each dish into a composition of visual impact and layered flavors.

During this collaboration, such bold and imaginative expression met and intertwined with the refined flavor system rooted in Qingcheng Mountain, China. Throughout the two-day four-hands collaboration, Chef Ziling Zhou drew inspiration from “Sichuan home-style cuisine,” reinterpreting ingredients and flavor structures to bring warmth and depth of Sichuan cuisine to the tables of Madrid.

A key highlight was the use of Hanyuan tribute pepper as a central flavor element. Systematized within Yinguo Modern Sichuan Cuisine as part of its “Tribute Pepper Flavor Lab,” this distinctive flavor profile presented a dynamic aromatic structure and rhythm, offering a new sensory dimension within a Western culinary context.

Rather than a one-way presentation, this collaboration unfolded as a two-way deconstruction of flavor. One side pushed boundaries with bold creativity and structural innovation, while the other responded with mountain-inspired subtlety and Eastern restraint. Their dialogue at the same table demonstrated how flavor can become a language to be understood, translated, and recreated.

As the only local restaurant group in Chengdu holding a Michelin one-star, Black Pearl one-diamond, and Relais & Châteaux membership, Silver Beach’s presence in Madrid marked not only a high-level international collaboration but also a step forward in expanding the global expression of Sichuan cuisine.

This encounter at the end of April was more than the completion of a collaboration — it was an exchange and record of culinary “codes.”

At the table, there are no boundaries between mountains and seas. And new flavors are already unfolding.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

BALI, INDONESIA – Media OutReach Newswire – 7 May 2026 –
Mirah Investment & Development
, a Bali-based hospitality development and management group with an active portfolio spanning branded residences, hotels and resorts, and lifestyle hospitality across Indonesia and over 1,000 units currently under construction, announced a strategic investment partnership with
RV Capital
, an investment manager with offices in Singapore and the UAE specialising in Asia-Pacific hospitality real estate.

The partnership spans equity positions in two of Mirah’s signature hospitality brands, SOMOSHOTELS and
Cocana Resorts
, and includes access to a pipeline of at least five additional locations across Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and beyond over the next 5 years.

RV Capital’s investment includes a substantial capital deployment in 2026 and accelerates Mirah’s expansion across the region, with a development pipeline exceeding $300 million in hospitality assets planned across Asia.

“Mirah has done what very few hospitality operators in Southeast Asia have managed. They have built a platform with real operational depth, not just a development pipeline. We are backing both the assets and the team behind them, and we see SOMOSHOTELS and Cocana as the beginning of something much larger,” said Vinesh Motwani, Managing Partner & CIO, RV Capital.

The investment reflects RV Capital’s confidence not only in the individual assets, but in Mirah’s broader platform: its ability to identify emerging destinations, develop integrated hospitality product, and scale it across markets through Mirah’s partnership with
The Guest Society
, an experience-led hospitality management company redefining how brands are operated across Asia. Driven by this partnership, The Guest Society will open a Thailand office in 2026 to support the group’s regional growth.

SOMOSHOTELS is Mirah’s lifestyle hotel brand, designed as an integrated hospitality destination rather than a conventional hotel. The flagship SOMOSHOTELS Uluwatu, a 250-room property situated on Uluwatu’s main commercial corridor, will be the first walk-in, walk-out lifestyle hotel on the strip, combining rooms, a pool day club, restaurant and retail venues, spa, fitness, and event spaces when it opens in 2027. Uluwatu is Bali’s fastest-growing hospitality micro-market, and SOMOSHOTELS is designed to serve as its first integrated hospitality anchor. The two firms are committed to exploring new SOMOSHOTELS locations together, with sites currently under consideration in Phuket’s Bangtao area and in Japan.

Cocana Resorts
is Mirah’s beach resort brand, currently operating its first location on Gili Trawangan with 45 private-pool villas, 66 deluxe lagoon suites, beach club, spa, and two restaurants, with a third restaurant, Sensei Ikan, and additional lagoon suites opening later in 2026. Development of the next Cocana commences in Bali in 2026, on Balangan, a front-line location regarded as one of the island’s finest stretches of coastline, with an anticipated opening in mid-2029. Two locations are currently under consideration for the next Cocana resort in Thailand: Koh Phangan and Phuket, with development set to commence in 2026, marking the brand’s entry into Southeast Asia.

“Bali will always be our home, but this partnership gives us the platform to take what we have built here and bring it to the best destinations across the region,” said Scott Matson, COO,
Mirah Investment & Development
.

Mirah has built a track record of entering highly localised markets before demand is widely recognised, identifying where hospitality appetite is heading before quality supply arrives to meet it. That same foresight underpins SOMOSHOTELS and Cocana Resorts, both conceived for locations Mirah identified as structurally underserved, with strong demand fundamentals and limited quality supply.

RV Capital, founded by partners combining institutional investment backgrounds spanning KKR and Goldman Sachs, targets premium hospitality assets in high-demand, undersupplied markets where active ownership drives returns. This partnership marks the firm’s first commitment in the branded hotel segment and its most significant Bali deployment to date.

With five additional locations currently being explored and a pipeline spanning Asia, the
RV Capital
partnership positions
Mirah Investment & Development
as one of the most active hospitality expansion stories in Asia.

AIKO Secures French 5.5% VAT Eligibility Under Stringent PPE2 V2 Carbon Standard

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

French residential PV systems up to 9 kWp can now access the reduced 5.5% VAT rate, but only with modules that meet the demanding PPE2 V2 certification. AIKO is one of the few manufacturers to achieve this.

DÜSSELDORF, Germany, May 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — AIKO has confirmed that its photovoltaic modules qualify for the reduced 5.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) rate in France under the newly enforced PPE2 V2 certification. This makes AIKO a key enabler for French residential installations seeking the preferential tax rate.

Under French rules, residential PV systems face a standard 20% VAT. The reduced 5.5% rate applies only to systems up to 9 kWp that meet all PPE2 V2 criteria. Systems above 9 kWp remain at 20% VAT. AlKO-A-MCE60Db and AIKO-A-MCE54Db modules are now listed on the official Certisolis registry of products eligible for France’s 5.5% VAT reduction.

What Is PPE2 V2?

The PPE2 V2 (Product Environmental Footprint 2, Version 2) certification is a demanding French environmental standard introduced in September 2025. To qualify for the 5.5% VAT, a PV module must simultaneously meet:

The carbon threshold of 530 kg CO₂eq/kWc is exceptionally hard to meet. It forces manufacturers to decarbonize their entire supply chain, from polysilicon to finished module. Very few modules on the market currently achieve this.

AIKO has succeeded in meeting all PPE2 V2 criteria while delivering modules maintaining its industry-leading efficiency of 24.4%–24.5% (maximizing yield on space-constrained rooftops) and an aesthetic all-black design. This combination gives French homeowners a shorter payback period and stronger return on investment.

A Distinct Market Advantage

PPE2 V2 certification sets a high bar that few manufacturers have cleared. AIKO’s achievement demonstrates its commitment to sustainable, low-carbon manufacturing. For the French residential market, this means premium, high-efficiency solar is now accessible at a significantly lower effective cost – without compromising on performance.

About AIKOAIKO, a top-ranked solar technology leader, specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of solar generation products. AIKO provides customers with solar cells, ABC (All Back Contact) modules, and scenario-based packaged solutions. Guided by the mission of “Empowering transformation towards a carbon-free era,” AIKO continues to pursue extreme innovation and cutting-edge technology. For more information, please visit https://aikosolar.com.

Vention Introduces “One-Stop Shop” End-of-Line Packaging Automation, From Case Packing to Conveying and Palletizing at Interpack 2026, in Collaboration with Universal Robots

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

DÜSSELDORF, Germany, May 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Vention, creator of the world’s only full-stack automation platform and hardware ecosystem, today announced the European debut of its third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer (RSP) at Interpack 2026, alongside the expansion of its modular conveyor ecosystem, marking the continued growth of its end-of-line packaging automation solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Following its North American launch earlier this year, the Rapid Series Palletizer is now available to EMEA manufacturers as part of Vention’s platform-powered approach to end-of-line automation, enabling the deployment of complete systems, from case packing and conveying to palletizing, through a single, unified environment.

“Manufacturers are under increasing pressure to modernize packaging operations quickly while maintaining flexibility,” said Andrea Alboni, General Manager for EMEA region. “Our platform simplifies automation by enabling customers to design, deploy, and operate complete end-of-line systems without the complexity of traditional integration, while delivering payback periods as short as 1.3 years and up to 25% lower capital costs compared to traditional automation approaches.”

At Interpack 2026, Vention is co-exhibiting with Teradyne Robotics company Universal Robots to demonstrate how collaborative robots and modular automation systems can deliver flexible packaging automation. The booth features a robotic case packing cell powered by a UR10e, Vention’s modular conveyor ecosystem for product transfer and accumulation, and a palletizing system powered by a UR20, illustrating a complete workflow from case packing to palletizing.

Rapid Deployment and Complete Packaging Automation

Powered by Vention’s modular hardware ecosystem and MachineMotion AI, the third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer can be deployed in as little as 4 weeks, while complete end-of-line packaging systems — including conveyors, case packing, and palletizing — can be delivered in 12 weeks, representing a 3–5× faster deployment timeline than traditional automation approaches and enabling manufacturers to achieve full return on investment up to 5× over a typical system lifecycle.

The integrated conveyor ecosystem includes modular O-Ring and Poly-V conveyors, Vention-designed motors, and plug-and-play controls powered by MachineMotion AI. Programmed through MachineLogic and the Conveyor App, the system enables synchronized product flow, zero-pressure accumulation, and rapid line reconfiguration while reducing integration complexity through built-in motor connectivity and EtherCAT communication.

The solution is particularly relevant for manufacturers operating in high-mix, high-variability environments, where flexibility and speed are critical to maintaining competitiveness, and where automation can replace up to 10 full-time operators per shift, helping address ongoing labor shortages.

Designed for Ease of Use Across the Entire Line

Vention’s software-first platform extends across the full end-of-line workflow—from conveyors to palletizers—through a common touchscreen interface and code-free operator experience. Operators can configure conveyor zones, manage product flow, create pallet patterns, and adapt to changing production requirements without PLC programming or specialized training.

By using the same platform and touchscreen interface across cobot and industrial palletizers, as well as upstream end-of-line equipment, Vention reduces operator training time, simplifies multi-line and multi-site deployments, and enables manufacturers to scale automation without custom integration or re-engineering while reducing commissioning time to as little as 1 to 3 days for installation and ramp-up to full production.

Productivity Through Connected Machines

Unlike traditional palletizers, the Rapid Series Palletizer is connected by design with built-in LTE connectivity through MachineMotion AI. The solution includes Remote Support providing access to Vention automation experts within 10 minutes, and RemoteView and MachineAnalytics delivering real-time performance visibility to maximize uptime and speed up issue resolution. This helps manufacturers reduce downtime and resolve issues faster with immediate remote diagnostics and support.

Vention’s end-of-line packaging solutions, powered by collaborative robot technology from Universal Robots, will be demonstrated live at Interpack 2026, held at Messe Düsseldorf from May 7 to 13 in Hall 6, Booth 6A58.
