COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Recognition Highlights AESC’s Leadership in Sustainable Battery Manufacturing

TOKYO, April 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — AESC, a global leader in electric vehicle (EV) and energy storage battery technology, announced that it had received an A- rating for climate change from CDP, the highest score achieved by any global lithium battery manufacturer in the 2025 reporting cycle.

CDP runs one of the world’s leading environmental disclosure systems for companies. Its assessments are widely referenced by investors, regulators, and customers in evaluating ESG performance and supply chain standards. Of the more than 22,100 companies assessed in CDP’s 2025 Climate Change reporting cycle, just 10% achieved an A- rating or higher. AESC’s A- rating reflects the company’s robust and transparent carbon management framework, as well as its continued progress in battery decarbonization.

AESC embeds emissions reduction targets into business decision-making and day-to-day global operations. The company has built strong capabilities in carbon footprint management, renewable energy adoption, and industrial decarbonization.

For carbon footprint management, AESC aligns its global operations with the EU Battery Regulation and other international compliance requirements. The company has established a systematic carbon footprint management framework, developed an enterprise-wide emissions factor database based on internationally recognized methodologies, and worked with upstream suppliers to strengthen carbon data modeling and management.

In renewable energy and decarbonization, AESC has achieved several industry milestones. In 2022, it became the world’s first battery manufacturer to achieve carbon neutrality across its global operations (Scope 1 and 2), verified by the Carbon Trust, and launched the industry’s first carbon-neutral EV battery in 2022 and carbon-neutral energy storage battery in 2023. Across its global manufacturing network, AESC continues to optimize operations to reduce energy use and lower carbon emissions through a wide range of on-site energy-saving upgrades, including temperature and humidity control upgrades, smart sensor installations on production lines, and leftover heat and water reuse to cut energy waste. At the same time, the company works closely with key suppliers to advance emissions reduction across the value chain.

Through these efforts, AESC has developed a practical and scalable decarbonization pathway for the global lithium battery industry. The CDP A- rating further strengthens AESC’s position as a sustainability leader as it works with customers and partners worldwide to support a more sustainable battery ecosystem.

About AESC

AESC is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-performance batteries for electric vehicles (EV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Founded in Japan in 2007 and headquartered in Yokohama, AESC has built a global manufacturing footprint over nearly two decades to serve major markets worldwide.

AESC is a trusted partner to leading automotive manufacturers and renewable energy companies, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Renault, Envision Energy, Fluence, and Nidec.

To date, AESC’s technology has powered more than 1.2 million electric vehicles, with over 100 GWh deployed in energy storage systems across 60 countries.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

A critical AI success gap is emerging for organizations, with 30% surveyed seeing an impact on new revenue streams.

ORLANDO, Fla., April 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Most organizations have moved beyond experimenting with artificial intelligence, but few are realizing its full value. New research from Harvard Business Review Analytic Services, sponsored by Appian, finds that while 59% of organizations (who are moving forward with AI to some extent) have AI in production, the majority are currently focused on incremental gains that prioritize efficiency and productivity over top-line growth.

Notably, AI has the strongest impact in bolstering productivity, not enabling growth. Respondents indicated that of the AI performance measures their organization tracks, most see impact in productivity improvements (64%) and operational efficiency (58%), while metrics like new revenue streams (30%) and ROI (35%) are among the least likely to have improved. This points to a significant opportunity for organizations to use AI to deliver broader business outcomes and growth.

“Enterprises are at an inflection point. Instead of using AI to drive productivity, organizations must evolve to focus on business growth. That’s where Appian comes in,” said Matt Calkins, CEO of Appian. “The true potential of AI can only be realized when it moves from a standalone tool to an embedded worker that drives revenue. To get there, leaders must prioritize the foundational orchestration and rules-based guardrails required to safely apply AI to high-impact work.”

AI still sits outside the flow of work

In most organizations, AI is being used alongside work, not built into how work gets done, limiting its ability to drive higher-level business outcomes. Only 18% of respondents report that AI is primarily integrated within workflows, while a larger share (34%) continue to use AI as standalone tools alongside processes/workflows, with another 34% reporting a mix of both approaches and 12% not yet using AI in processes/workflows at all.

Most see some returns on AI, but not yet at scale

Most respondents are seeing some returns from AI investments, but only 16% report realizing a high degree of measurable value. The majority describe the impact as moderate (33%), slight (36%), or have no measurable value (8%). Still, expectations remain high, as 86% agree that their organization is looking to realize more business value from its use of AI. It’s clear that AI is delivering some results, but translating those results into meaningful, scalable business impact is proving difficult.

AI delivers value when embedded in workflows

As organizations advance their AI strategies, value is closely tied to how effectively AI is integrated into workflows and applied to operational work. Seventy-one percent of organizations embedding AI into processes realized substantial or moderate value from those efforts, according to respondents. In parallel, approximately three-quarters report strong returns from modernizing legacy infrastructure/systems (76%), integrating data sources (75%), and orchestrating processes/workflows across systems/applications (73%).

Legacy systems continue to limit AI’s impact

Nearly seven in ten respondents, 69%, agree that legacy systems are limiting their ability to scale AI across the enterprise. This reinforces the need for modernization and better integration across systems and data. Siloed or low-quality data (34%), a lack of integration across systems (31%), and a lack of AI talent/skills (30%) are also among the most commonly cited barriers to embedding AI into workflows.

AI agent adoption lags in core operations

The research also highlights differences in how AI agents are being applied across the enterprise. Organizations are more actively deploying AI agents in areas such as software development (35%), IT operations (31%), marketing and sales (26%), and customer service (25%). In contrast, agent adoption is more limited in core operational areas such as procurement (9%), manufacturing (10%), and supply chain (11%), where processes tend to be more complex and require greater control and consistency. As organizations look to expand AI into these environments, governance becomes critical.

Most organizations lack the guardrails needed to scale AI agents safely

Ninety-two percent of respondents agree that AI agents need rules-based guardrails to operate safely and effectively, yet fewer than half (48%) agree that their organization has defined such rules (among those at organizations using, considering or exploring agentic AI). As organizations explore agentic AI systems (currently used by 25% of organizations and under consideration by 62%), the need for clearly defined processes and guardrails will become even more critical. Without clear guardrails, agents can act unpredictably across systems, increasing the risk of unintended outcomes.

Process design is emerging as the key to unlocking AI value

Realizing the full value of AI and achieving sustainable ROI requires rethinking how work is structured and governed. According to respondents, organizations are increasingly focused on better defining rules/guardrails that AI must follow (50%), standardizing processes/workflows across functions (49%), and increasing cross-functional coordination (47%) to improve the success of AI implementations.

“Organizations are adopting AI, but many haven’t integrated it into the core processes that drive business outcomes,” said Alex Clemente, managing director of Harvard Business Review Analytic Services. “Those that successfully embed AI into workflows will be better positioned to realize meaningful value.”

Two short films spotlight Reju’s polyester regeneration technology and collaboration with Goodwill Industries as part of a branded content series.

PARIS, April 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Reju, the textile-to-textile regeneration leader, appears in Fashion Redressed, a branded content series presented by Global Fashion Agenda and produced for the GFA by BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions, showcasing more sustainable innovation to a global audience. The series premiered worldwide on April 30 on a BBC.com microsite.

Reju was selected to be part of the series and is featured in two short films exploring the company’s work toward addressing one of fashion’s most pressing challenges, textile waste. The films highlight both the scale of the issue and the collaborative solutions required to build a more circular textile system.

“Textile waste is one of the fashion industry’s most urgent challenges, and solving it requires innovation, infrastructure and collaboration across the value chain,” said Patrik Frisk, CEO of Reju. “We are proud to be featured in this series and to highlight the coordinated effort across technology, infrastructure, and partnerships required to make circularity possible.”

The first film examines the scale and complexity of textile waste, providing insight into polyester as a material and the technology behind Reju’s proprietary regeneration process. The second focuses on partnership collaboration, featuring the alliance between Reju and Goodwill Industries underscoring the importance of synergy across collection, sorting, preparation and regeneration. The film shows what is required to build a circular textile system.

“Goodwill has long been at the forefront of identifying the most effective reuse pathways for secondhand textiles,” said Steve Preston, president and CEO of Goodwill Industries International. “As global textile production continues to rise, the Fashion Redressed series highlights how technology, infrastructure, and collaboration are advancing circularity—creating community value while reducing waste. Goodwill’s partnership with Reju, featured in one of the films, reflects our shared commitment to building practical, real‑world solutions for textile recovery and reuse”.

The series reflects growing momentum around scalable, systems-level solutions for textile circularity. Through its regeneration technology and ecosystem partnerships, Reju is working to address a critical gap in textile circularity by enabling the collection, sorting, preparation and regeneration of polyester-rich textile waste at industrial scale.

ASMAX Mode Makes Global Debut, Redefining the Future of Group Ride Communication

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

SHENZHEN, China, April 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ASMAX today announced the global debut of ASMAX Mode, its next-generation intercom mode powered by Smart Mesh Control (SMC) technology. Positioned as a breakthrough in rider connectivity, ASMAX Mode combines the stability of mesh communication with intelligent network management to enable seamless, long-range group communication—setting a new benchmark for the industry.

For years, riders have faced a fundamental limitation: communication breakdowns caused by distance, terrain, and unstable connections. ASMAX Mode addresses this challenge with a pioneering hybrid architecture that intelligently integrates Bluetooth Mesh and network connectivity. The system dynamically switches between the two, ensuring uninterrupted communication regardless of distance or environment.

Whether navigating dense urban streets, winding mountain passes, or remote off-road trails, riders can now stay connected in real time—without manual intervention or disruption.

A Generational Leap in Group Communication

ASMAX Mode supports up to 50 riders simultaneously, enabling large-scale group coordination with unprecedented stability. Unlike traditional systems limited by short-range Bluetooth or closed ecosystems, this SMC adaptive tech delivers both flexibility and reliability.

Key advantages include:

With AOV Technology, ieGeek Enables Wire-Free Security Cameras to Achieve 24/7 Smart Recording Without Hardwiring

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LONDON, April 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ieGeek introduces its AOV (Always-On Video) technology, allowing wire-free security cameras to deliver continuous 24/7 intelligent recording without the latency or missed incidents often seen in conventional PIR-triggered systems. The ieGeek S7 combines this innovation with long-lasting battery performance, AI-driven human tracking, and an expanded detection range.

AOV Technology Expands Capabilities of Wire-Free Cameras

Home security setups have traditionally required users to choose between two approaches:

ieGeek’s AOV technology bridges this gap, delivering the non-stop recording of a wired camera while maintaining the mount-anywhere convenience of a battery-powered design.

How AOV Works

The ieGeek S7 maintains continuous awareness with a low-frame-rate mode—by default, capturing one frame every two seconds to reduce redundant footage by roughly 90%, preserving battery life and storage. When human movement is detected, it switches to a stream of up to 25fps within 50 milliseconds.

AI-Powered Human Auto-Tracking

The ieGeek S7 features an advanced AI human detection algorithm. Once human movement is detected, the auto-tracking function activates immediately. With 355° pan and 120° tilt, the camera automatically follows the target’s movements—so you never have to adjust the lens manually again.

Extended Detection Range

Typical PIR sensors detect heat signatures up to about 10 meters, with accuracy limited by distance and ambient temperature.

The S7’s AOV visual sensor uses AI-powered image recognition to clearly detect people and vehicles up to 30 meters, while using image algorithms to filter out irrelevant motion—effectively reducing false alarms.

Extended Battery Life

The ieGeek S7 is equipped with a 9000mAh high-capacity battery and can be paired with a solar panel for continuous power. The combination of AOV’s low-power architecture and high-capacity battery significantly extends runtime between charges.

Redefining What a Wire-Free Camera Can Deliver

“We set out to eliminate the recording reliability concerns that have long been a trade-off in wire-free cameras,” said Product Director at ieGeek. “With AOV technology and a focus on battery life and detection performance, we believe continuous protection and wireless flexibility are no longer mutually exclusive.”

The ieGeek S7 is available to buy now at Amazon.
