Gli approfondimenti tecnici eseguiti in collaborazione con gli specialisti del Ministero della Cultura hanno confermato l’eccezionale valore storico del pezzo: si tratta di un’anfora romana del tipo Haltern 70, databile nella seconda metà del I secolo dopo Cristo. Il contenitore, originario dell’antica Hispania Baetica (corrispondente all’attuale Spagna meridionale), veniva utilizzato in epoca imperiale per il trasporto marittimo di vino, mosto cotto e altri generi alimentari. L’analisi del manufatto ha inoltre evidenziato segni compatibili con un recupero avvenuto in ambiente marino, confermando che la sua detenzione era del tutto al di fuori dei canali legali previsti dalla normativa vigente sui beni culturali.

Al termine degli accertamenti, un uomo residente sull’isola è stato denunciato. Per il reato contestato sono previste sanzioni di natura penale, fermo restando che il procedimento si trova nella fase delle indagini preliminari e la responsabilità dell’indagato sarà accertata solo a seguito di una sentenza irrevocabile di condanna. Il prezioso reperto, riconosciuto di indiscutibile interesse archeologico, è stato formalmente acquisito al patrimonio dello Stato e affidato in custodia alla Soprintendenza. L’ente ne curerà la conservazione e la valorizzazione all’interno del deposito del centro culturale De Laugier di Portoferraio.

Il confronto più atteso per la segreteria del coordinamento territoriale ha visto la vittoria del consigliere comunale piombinese Bernardo Giannoni Gentilini, che con i suoi 26 anni diventa uno tra i più giovani dirigenti del partito. Giannoni, attuale capogruppo a Piombino e laureando in ingegneria ambientale, ha ottenuto 319 voti congressuali, superando la sfidante Alberta Ticciati, sindaca di Campiglia Marittima, che si è fermata a 293 preferenze.

Per quanto riguarda l’unione Comunale di Piombino, gli iscritti hanno riconfermato il segretario uscente Fabio Cento, eletto con 142 voti. Battuta la consigliera comunale Martina Pietrelli, che ha raccolto 117 preferenze. All’Isola d’Elba, invece, si è registrata l’unica candidatura di Simone De Rosas, ex segretario di federazione dimessosi a ottobre 2025, che riprende così la guida della segreteria dell’intercomunale elbana.

I risultati sono stati commentati positivamente dall’onorevole Marco Simiani, il quale ha rivolto i suoi complimenti a tutti i segretari e le segretarie eletti nelle unioni comunali e nei circoli della Val di Cornia e dell’Elba, offrendo la propria disponibilità a confrontarsi sulle problematiche e sulle prospettive di questi territori. Il deputato ha espresso gratitudine anche verso i candidati che hanno arricchito il dibattito interno, citando l’importante risultato di Martina Pietrelli, e ha ringraziato i segretari uscenti per il contributo offerto alla vita del partito.

La tornata elettorale ha definito anche la guida dei singoli circoli territoriali e delle relative unioni comunali. Per i 15 circoli della Federazione i nuovi segretari sono Andrea Toninelli a Riotorto, Lorenzo Lelli a Cafaggio, Elisa Papa a Campiglia Marittima, Riccardo Verdura a Venturina Terme, Fabio Pellegrini a San Vincenzo e Rodolfo Anselmi a Sassetta. A questi si aggiungono Paolo Bianchi per il Cotone, Edoardo Parello a Suvereto, Valentina Capuano per il Berlinguer Piombino, Elia Macchioni a Salivoli, Massimiliano Cappellini a Marciana Marina, Fabrizio Ania a Rio, Francesca Anselmi a Campo nell’Elba, Riccardo Mariani a Porto Azzurro e Massimo Scelza a Portoferraio. La guida dell’Unione Intercomunale Isola d’Elba va a Simone De Rosas, quella dell’Unione Comunale Campiglia Marittima ad Alberto Bertoli e l’Unione Comunale Piombino resta a Fabio Cento.

Analizzando i dati del voto nel dettaglio, la sfida per l’Unione Comunale di Piombino ha visto Cento imporsi con 142 voti complessivi rispetto ai 117 di Pietrelli. Nei singoli circoli piombinesi i parziali hanno registrato a Riotorto 11 voti per Pietrelli e 7 per Cento, al Cotone 9 per Pietrelli e 49 per Cento, al Berlinguer 36 per Pietrelli e 61 per Cento, e infine a Salivoli 61 per Pietrelli e 25 per Cento.

Per la Segreteria di Federazione, il computo finale ha decretato il successo di Giannoni con 319 preferenze contro le 293 di Ticciati. Nei 15 circoli i risultati si sono così ripartiti: a Riotorto Ticciati ha ottenuto 12 voti e Giannoni 6, a Cafaggio Ticciati 6 e Giannoni 0, a Campiglia Ticciati 38 e Giannoni 1, a Venturina Ticciati 65 e Giannoni 0, a San Vincenzo Ticciati 15 e Giannoni 48, a Sassetta Ticciati 5 e Giannoni 4, al Cotone Ticciati 8 e Giannoni 50, a Suvereto Ticciati 41 e Giannoni 5, al Berlinguer Ticciati 37 e Giannoni 62, a Marciana Ticciati 1 e Giannoni 10, a Rio Ticciati 3 e Giannoni 36, a Campo nell’Elba Ticciati 0 e Giannoni 18, a Porto Azzurro Ticciati 0 e Giannoni 11, a Portoferraio Ticciati 1 e Giannoni 43, e a Salivoli Ticciati 61 e Giannoni 25.

Il Livorno Calcio Femminile si aggiudica la finale del campionato Juniores Under 19 superando il Pisa Sporting Club con il punteggio di 3-1. L’atto conclusivo della stagione, a cui le due formazioni toscane erano arrivate dopo aver eliminato in semifinale rispettivamente il Folgor Marlia (5-1) e il Prato (4-0), ha premiato la maggiore brillantezza e precisione della compagine labronica, capace di indirizzare la gara fin dalla prima frazione di gioco e di gestire con ordine il generoso tentativo di reazione nerazzurro.

L’approccio alla gara sorride alla formazione amaranto, che si dimostra fin dalle primissime battute rapida, fluida nel palleggio e ben disposta in campo, mettendo in evidente difficoltà la retroguardia pisana. Al 2′ della ripresa, al termine di un’azione insistita all’interno dell’area di rigore con ripetute conclusioni, Ciampi ribadisce in rete il pallone del 3-0. Sotto di tre reti, la formazione guidata da mister Da Prato ha il merito di non disunirsi e abbozza una convinta reazione d’orgoglio. Hong Kong’s cross-boundary wealth rose 10.7% in 2025 to US$2.9 trillion, driven by Chinese Mainland flows and a vigorous stock market that delivered significant IPO (initial public offering) activity and strong gains in benchmark-heavy internet platforms, according to the report. It also projected that, from 2025 to 2030 the cross-boundary wealth managed by Hong Kong will grow by 9% on average annually and maintain first place globally, fully affirming Hong Kong’s position as a world-leading cross-boundary wealth management centre. 

Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (HKSARG), highlighted that China’s National 15th Five-Year Plan clearly supports Hong Kong in strengthening its functions as an international asset and wealth management centre, which is also a key component of Hong Kong’s ‘Finance +’ development strategy. 

“Over the past few years, the Government has worked closely with the financial sector to continuously improve the financial infrastructure and ecosystem, expand the range of investment products and risk management tools, and deepen the connectivity with capital markets around the world.

Such initiatives, he said, include providing profits tax concession to family-owned investment holding vehicles managed by eligible single family offices and introducing the New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme. 

“The Government will introduce legislative proposals into the Legislative Council next month (June 2026) to further enhance the preferential tax regimes for funds, single family offices and carried interest, so as to further enhance the competitiveness of the tax regimes, and attract more funds and family offices to set up and operate in Hong Kong,” Mr Hui said. 

According to a study commissioned by Invest Hong Kong and published in February 2026, there were over 3,380 single family offices operating in Hong Kong as of end-2025, representing an increase of more than 25%, over the past two years.

Il sindacato ha definito questo comportamento inaccettabile e gravissimo, sottolineando che non si tratta di una questione formale: non presentarsi o scavalcare un tavolo convocato dal Governo significa calpestare il ruolo delle istituzioni, oltre che i diritti delle lavoratrici e dei lavoratori. La nota sindacale rimarca come Rheinmetall non sia un’azienda in crisi, bensì un gigante del settore della difesa che genera miliardi di euro di utili, in parte ottenuti anche grazie a importanti commesse dello Stato italiano finanziate con denaro pubblico. Nonostante la solidità economica, la multinazionale ha scelto di cedere i propri siti italiani dell’automotive civile a un fondo di investimenti che le stesse organizzazioni sindacali tedesche definiscono esplicitamente speculativo.

Di fronte a questo scenario e per impedire che l’operazione si consumi nell’ombra, è stato proclamato un pacchetto di sciopero per la giornata di domani (giovedì) 4 giugno. Per quanto riguarda il personale del primo turno e i giornalieri, l’astensione sarà di due ore dalle 10 alle 12, arco di tempo in cui si terranno un presidio e un’assemblea davanti ai cancelli dello stabilimento. Per i turni successivi, la protesta prevede due ore di sciopero a fine turno. Il presidio di domani sarà un momento fondamentale per dare massima visibilità alla vertenza e informare l’opinione pubblica e le istituzioni locali della gravità della situazione.

Contestualmente alla mobilitazione, i rappresentanti dei lavoratori hanno indirizzato una serie di richieste tassative al Governo. In primo luogo, si pretende la convocazione urgente di Rheinmetall al MIMIT con un delegato che abbia un reale mandato negoziale, insieme al blocco immediato di qualsiasi iter di cessione in assenza di una discussione preventiva con le parti sociali. Viene inoltre chiesto di garantire ai dipendenti italiani le medesime tutele occupazionali assicurate ai colleghi in Germania e, infine, di vincolare le future commesse pubbliche destinate a Rheinmetall al rispetto rigoroso degli impegni presi in sede ministeriale. I sindacati concludono con un duro monito, chiedendo di fermare l’erogazione di fondi pubblici a realtà industriali che scelgono di delocalizzare, vendere e ignorare il confronto con i lavoratori.

L’episodio ha riacceso con forza il dibattito sulla sicurezza all’interno dei siti industriali complessi e, in modo particolare, sulla gestione e sul controllo delle attività concesse in appalto. Le organizzazioni sindacali hanno ritenuto doveroso porre l’attenzione pubblica su due elementi specifici e centrali di tutta la vicenda.

Il primo nodo riguarda le lavorazioni nei giorni festivi: dato che l’incidente si è consumato il 2 giugno, le sigle dei lavoratori chiedono che venga fatta immediata luce sulle condizioni e sulle reali motivazioni che hanno portato all’esecuzione di questi interventi manutentivi o produttivi in una giornata di festa nazionale. Il secondo punto, ritenuto altrettanto critico, è il mancato coinvolgimento degli RLS: secondo quanto ricostruito da Fim, Fiom e Uilm, a seguito del crollo e del ferimento non sono stati avvertiti tempestivamente i Rappresentanti dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza. Per i sindacati si tratta di un fatto grave che contrasta con le corrette procedure di comunicazione e trasparenza previste dalla legge nei casi di infortunio.

I rappresentanti dei lavoratori hanno ribadito che la sicurezza sul lavoro deve essere una priorità assoluta e non una semplice formula di rito, evidenziando come il sistema degli appalti non possa in alcun modo tradursi in una riduzione delle tutele e dei controlli operativi. Per questo motivo, viene preteso che sia Eni sia l’azienda appaltatrice chiariscano la dinamica dei fatti e spieghino le ragioni del ritardo nell’informare gli RLS. Le segreterie provinciali di Fim-Cisl, Fiom-Cgil e Uilm-Uil di Livorno hanno annunciato che attiveranno immediatamente tutti i canali di confronto necessari e solleciteranno gli organi di vigilanza competenti per fare piena luce sulle responsabilità dell’accaduto.

Le proiezioni all’interno della Fortezza Nuova prenderanno il via alla fine di giugno, indicativamente nel fine settimana del 27 e 28. Il calendario dei film si svilupperà dal lunedì al giovedì e la domenica, con inizio fissato alle 21,15. Si tratta di una scelta programmata per non creare sovrapposizioni con gli altri eventi in cartellone, concentrati principalmente nei giorni di venerdì e sabato.

I prezzi dei biglietti per l’accesso all’arena ricalcheranno le tariffe del circuito: l’ingresso per le pellicole italiane ed europee costerà infatti 3,50 euro. Per i film internazionali il prezzo sarà invece di 6 euro per il biglietto intero e di 5 euro per il ridotto. La programmazione completa con tutti i titoli in calendario verrà annunciata a breve.

La presentazione è in programma venerdì 12 giugno alle 21 alla Biblioteca Comunale Chiara Cataldi, dove la comunità avrà l’occasione di riscoprire un’opera nata dall’incontro tra generazioni e dalla volontà di trasformare i ricordi individuali in patrimonio collettivo.

Il volume, scritto e curato da Donatella Fantozzi, docente dell’Università di Pisa ed ex assessora alla cultura di Collesalvetti, raccoglie le testimonianze di uomini e donne che affrontarono gli anni della Seconda Guerra Mondiale quando erano ancora bambini. Non si tratta di cronache militari o di grandi eventi storici, ma di racconti quotidiani fatti di paura, privazioni, bombardamenti e piccoli gesti di solidarietà che hanno segnato un’intera generazione.

L’opera vide la luce nel 2005 grazie a un progetto che coinvolse direttamente gli studenti del territorio. Furono proprio i ragazzi a raccogliere le memorie degli anziani, creando un ponte tra passato e futuro attraverso il dialogo e l’ascolto. Oggi quella esperienza viene riproposta in un contesto profondamente cambiato, ma con un messaggio che conserva tutta la sua attualità.

La nuova edizione sarà donata alle scuole del Comune, una scelta che l’Amministrazione considera fondamentale per mantenere viva la conoscenza della storia locale e favorire una riflessione sui valori della convivenza e della pace.

A dialogare con l’autrice durante la serata sarà Caterina di Pasquale, docente associata dell’Università di Pisa. L’incontro offrirà l’occasione per approfondire il percorso che ha portato alla nascita del libro e il significato che la sua ristampa assume oggi.

Dietro le pagine del volume c’è anche la storia personale di Donatella Fantozzi, cresciuta ascoltando i racconti familiari legati agli anni del conflitto. Esperienze che hanno alimentato l’interesse per le vicende delle persone comuni, spesso assenti dai grandi libri di storia ma fondamentali per comprendere il passato.

La nuova pubblicazione si propone così come un archivio di memorie, un racconto corale che attraversa le generazioni e che continua a interrogare il presente attraverso le voci di chi, da bambino, conobbe da vicino le conseguenze della guerra.
